Rotch(tin/in) Family Cook Book

Hi Everyone,

The Rotch(tins/ins) are an incredible bunch dedicated to tradition. We not only gather for Passover, Chanukah and special family events. We also hold onto our traditions by following the simple recipes past on from generation to generation. These cherished recipes remind us of our loved ones, who taught them to us and I would like to share all of them in a Rotch(tin/in) Family Cook Book.

It is pretty simple and all that I would need from you are recipes that you enjoy to make, love to eat and would care to share. You could send me one recipe, or ten recipes, so long as they are all yummy and delicious. The cook book will be binder bound and will broken up into the following sections.

~ Brunch & Breads
~ Appetizers & Drinks
~ Soups & Salads
~ Sides & Bites
~ Vegetables
~ Pasta, Rice & Grains
~ Fish & Seafood
~ Meat & Poultry
~ Desserts & Treats
~ Everything Else

Please be sure to email me your recipes by no later than Monday, June 1, 2009. Once the book is complete, I will send information on how to get your own personal copy of our family's cherished recipes.
